I have been having some circulation issues and I can definitely say this has helped me a lot . Super clean and simple ingredients. I take a lot of different supplements but have stopped to see the effects of this and it has worked for me. No issues staying down or funny taste . I cant recommend this enough.

Ok. I’m not usually one for posting reviews but I gotta give some credit to this company. I started taking this mainly to help manage cholesterol and support recovery since I’m a pretty active guy. I'm not on meds, but want to get ahead of things and do it naturally if I can. I’d heard good things about hawthorn and nattokinase so I thought id give it a shot. After talking to my friend about this product he mentioned the value of the astragin as being really helpful with nutrient absorption, likening it to black pepper aparently. I also like how they don’t use mag stearate since my doctor recommended I avoid products that use this, which can be very hard to find.

Anyway, started using it daily a couple months ago. No issues at all, easy to take, and the outcomes are starting to show its value. My smart ring has started showing a lower heart rate during workouts and even while I sleep, which is a great sign. I went camping a couple weeks ago and I noticed my hands and feet didn’t feel as cold as they usually do. I used to make fun of my ex girlfriend for being the cold one. Looks like I can again. Also had bloodwork last week and LDL was down a bit as well so definitely going to stick with this one and would encourage others to check it out and give it a try. It’s not a magic pill though. You gotta treat it like working out. Stay on it and be committed to your health. Paired with gym time and good eating, this product has been well worth the money.

These a fantastic ingredients that help me feel good about my long-term health. There is a slight smell to these but nothing offensive -- they're easy to swallow with a glass of water. I did not notice any bad taste. My PCP did not see any change in my blood pressure, but I did feel that they are a long-term play rather than a short solve. I love that these come in a glass bottle that is recyclable and feels premium.

I can’t give these all of the credit with 100% confidence, but I’ve noticed that my heart rate numbers have been much better since starting these a couple weeks ago. Again, there are probably lots of other factors, but these certainly haven’t hurt anything. I’ve made them part of my morning routine and definitely recommend them. Of course, drinking more water, getting more sleep, and making better diet choices certainly make a big difference, too. These are easy to take and I definitely recommend them for anyone who’s trying to be more heart healthy.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:
The capsules are easy to take, and I had no negative side effects. I really am looking forward to the potential benefits. The ingredients are clean and straightforward with out a bunch of additives or fillers. I haven’t had anything significant come about yet, but I think this is one of those products you need to take long-term to see results

Reishi mushrooms provide most essential minerals. Hawthorne Perry is extremely good for the heart nattokinase is as well and helps vitamin calcium stay away from the endothelial layer of the arteries. And it also directs calcium to the teeth and bones. The supplement would be perfect if it also included lumbarokinese.

This supplement comes in a glass bottle with the mfg date, but I did not see an expiration date. The bottle has 60 capsules, you take 1 capsule per day, leaving you with a 2 month supply. It is made in the USA. This seems to be a product to use, to keep your heart and cholesterol healthy, more as a preventative measure.

I am looking to improve my heart health and circulation. So I got this. It has good ingredients and I think it will help. As time goes on it seems we develop almost sludge in our blood and circulation can slow down. Mostly As a result of diet. I'm looking for this to help me with that.
