I’m 32 and do a lot of long bike rides, so my heart is always under stress. After a couple of my friends had some sudden heart issues last year, I asked my doctor what I could do to support my cardiovascular health and try to fight off blood clots. He recommended Nattokinase and Hawthorn. I love how I can get both of these in a single capsule with this product and the AstraGin makes this a game changer, making sure I actually absorb all of the nutrients! Ok. I’m not usually one for posting reviews but I gotta give some credit to this company. I started taking this mainly to help manage cholesterol and support recovery since I’m a pretty active guy. I'm not on meds, but want to get ahead of things and do it naturally if I can. I’d heard good things about hawthorn and nattokinase so I thought id give it a shot. After talking to my friend about this product he mentioned the value of the astragin as being really helpful with nutrient absorption, likening it to black pepper aparently. I also like how they don’t use mag stearate since my doctor recommended I avoid products that use this, which can be very hard to find.
Anyway, started using it daily a couple months ago. No issues at all, easy to take, and the outcomes are starting to show its value. My smart ring has started showing a lower heart rate during workouts and even while I sleep, which is a great sign. I went camping a couple weeks ago and I noticed my hands and feet didn’t feel as cold as they usually do. I used to make fun of my ex girlfriend for being the cold one. Looks like I can again. Also had bloodwork last week and LDL was down a bit as well so definitely going to stick with this one and would encourage others to check it out and give it a try. It’s not a magic pill though. You gotta treat it like working out. Stay on it and be committed to your health. Paired with gym time and good eating, this product has been well worth the money.
I have been having some circulation issues and I can definitely say this has helped me a lot . Super clean and simple ingredients. I take a lot of different supplements but have stopped to see the effects of this and it has worked for me. No issues staying down or funny taste . I cant recommend this enough.

Nice but overpriced.. definitely get results

Felt great since taking this product!
While this supplement is pricey, if it can deliver results it's more than worth it.As I do with all my supplement reviews, I opened up a capsule to taste it. The mushroom flavor dominated, and there were no off flavors--surprisingly sweet flavor overall.
