I have been having some circulation issues and I can definitely say this has helped me a lot . Super clean and simple ingredients. I take a lot of different supplements but have stopped to see the effects of this and it has worked for me. No issues staying down or funny taste . I cant recommend this enough.

I can’t give these all of the credit with 100% confidence, but I’ve noticed that my heart rate numbers have been much better since starting these a couple weeks ago. Again, there are probably lots of other factors, but these certainly haven’t hurt anything. I’ve made them part of my morning routine and definitely recommend them. Of course, drinking more water, getting more sleep, and making better diet choices certainly make a big difference, too. These are easy to take and I definitely recommend them for anyone who’s trying to be more heart healthy.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:
The capsules are easy to take, and I had no negative side effects. I really am looking forward to the potential benefits. The ingredients are clean and straightforward with out a bunch of additives or fillers. I haven’t had anything significant come about yet, but I think this is one of those products you need to take long-term to see results

I picked this up as a proactive step for heart health and so far, I’m impressed with the ingredients. I like that it uses natural stuff like reishi, hawthorn, and nattokinase — all things I’ve heard are great for circulation and overall cardiovascular support.

Reishi mushrooms provide most essential minerals. Hawthorne Perry is extremely good for the heart nattokinase is as well and helps vitamin calcium stay away from the endothelial layer of the arteries. And it also directs calcium to the teeth and bones. The supplement would be perfect if it also included lumbarokinese.

This supplement comes in a glass bottle with the mfg date, but I did not see an expiration date. The bottle has 60 capsules, you take 1 capsule per day, leaving you with a 2 month supply. It is made in the USA. This seems to be a product to use, to keep your heart and cholesterol healthy, more as a preventative measure.

I am looking to improve my heart health and circulation. So I got this. It has good ingredients and I think it will help. As time goes on it seems we develop almost sludge in our blood and circulation can slow down. Mostly As a result of diet. I'm looking for this to help me with that. I’ve been taking the Melody Heart Health Supplements for a few weeks now, and I’ve really started to notice a difference in how I feel overall. I didn’t expect a dramatic shift but after a couple of weeks I realized I wasn’t getting that flushed face feeling I sometimes got when climbing stairs too fast or being out in the heat and I started waking up feeling a bit more steady and calm like my system wasn’t revving in the background. I also noticed my hands weren’t as cold all the time which might sound small but for me it meant a lot since I usually joked that I had lizard circulation.

I have added this to my daily supplement routine. I like that it comes in a glass bottle. That is better than plastic for the environment, and to me it speaks of a quality product. I couldn't give a medical opinion about how effective it is, but I don't have any problems from taking it.
